Ive been working really hard on trying to get a 6 pack but Ive hit a plateau I guess for a while, and Ive tried everything to overcome it. Ive dieted, done cardio 6 days a week, and I weight train. Ive got the top 4 abs, as well as the V cut, but I cant get my bottom 2 abs to show... It seems like I have this small layer of fat covering only that section even though im 6% body fat... I feel like ive gotten my body fat low enough for them to show they just arent.. Does anyone have any suggestions? Currently ive been doing reverse crunches, cable crunches with a weight stack, and weighted crunches. Does anyone have any suggestions? Would be greatly appreciated as this problem is really starting to annoy me ;(
