I have been training (weights) for several months now, always in the evening. However I a now starting to train in the morning befiore work (about 40minutes after waking).
How should my diet change:
-When should I have my protein shakes
-When should I have my creatine?
-What should I eat before the gym?
-etc etc
ANY advice appreciated!!!!
